1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy informs which data is collected by Placevox, a tool offered by Oriontil Tecnologia da Informação Ltda., and how such data is collected and processed.

If you do not agree with the collection and processing of data by Placevox as set forth in this Privacy Policy, you should not use the service provided by Placevox. If you are already using the service and do not agree with any subsequent changes, you must stop using the service.

This Privacy Policy is an integral part of the Placevox Terms of Use, and the definitions, limitations, warranties, sanctions, scope, liabilities, and other elements contained in the Terms of Use apply, where applicable, to this Privacy Policy, whether in relation to the user or users (understood as the person or persons who use Placevox services) or in relation to Placevox itself.

Usage restrictions arising from legal norms of the location where the user resides apply to this Privacy Policy. Thus, if you reside in any location that prohibits the collection and use of data due to limitations, such as age or any other type, and you fall within any of these limitations, you should not provide your data to Placevox.

This Privacy Policy applies to any means through which the service is offered, whether through a website, mobile device application, or any other means that may become available.

2. Data Collected

Placevox collects and stores the following data when you use the service:



Although there is no collection and storage, other data may be accessed when you use the service, such as internet connection information (limited to knowing whether or not there is a connection), browser used, language. Any such additional data is only used when you are in an open session and is not stored in any way for any other purpose or later use.

Placevox uses third-party services to provide the service, such as browsers, operating systems, and application stores. Data that is collected by these services and shared with Placevox is used only for the purposes defined by the third-party services themselves. This data may include, for example, identification of the location where the Placevox application was installed, device model used, duration of use. Placevox has no control over how this third-party data is collected.

Third-party services also include payment providers that may be used by Placevox to charge for certain functions.

Placevox does not use cookies or any other tracking tools, except those already mentioned above as third-party services.

3. Use of Data

The data collected by Placevox is used to provide you with the Placevox service.

Placevox does not conduct any type of monitoring or control over the data you provide or add to the service. If there is misuse of the service (as defined in the Terms of Use), Placevox may then analyze the data or content added in order to protect the integrity of the service, or prevent harm or damage to third parties or the community.

Placevox may conduct usage analysis in order to improve or identify problems in the service. This analysis may include the number of spaces created (for definitions, limitations, restrictions, and other elements regarding space, consult the Placevox Terms of Use), when was the last use (to identify active and inactive spaces), total amount of content added to spaces.

In addition to the analyses above, Placevox may perform other specific or global analyses of the data provided with the objective of correction and identification of failures.

The electronic address collected is used to identify the user of the service, as well as to receive messages resulting from password changes or changes to this Privacy Policy and the Terms of Use, in addition to others that you expressly agree to receive.

Placevox may collect and store payment data provided by you if it is strictly necessary to comply with legal determinations regarding payment of fees or taxes.

4. Data Sharing

Placevox does not share, sell, or transfer your data to third parties without your consent, except in the cases provided for in this section.

Placevox may use third-party payment platforms, which may require you to share certain information with them in order to process your purchases of placecreds. This data is not collected by Placevox, and Placevox is not responsible for the use that such platforms make of this data.

In case of doubt, you should review the privacy policies of such platforms.

Specific legal, administrative, or judicial requirements for the provision of information may occasionally occur, and Placevox may be legally obligated to comply with them, but whenever possible with the requirement that judicial bodies maintain confidentiality within the legal proceeding. Generic requests made by judicial or administrative bodies will be challenged by Placevox.

In the event that Placevox is sold or undergoes a merger with a third party, the data stored in accordance with this Privacy Policy will be shared with that third party.

The data collected by Placevox is stored on servers contracted for this purpose, using updated security systems and safeguards with the best techniques possible.

7. Data Storage Duration

Placevox stores your data for as long as you use the service. If you no longer wish to use Placevox, a space deletion function is provided that results in the deletion of all data you have in that space. Removing the application from your mobile phone does not result in the deletion of your data; it is necessary to use the delete space function.

9. Changes to the Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be changed at any time. Whenever this occurs, a message will be sent to the electronic address used to use our service. If you do not wish to receive messages, you can cancel receipt using the link provided in the message itself, but in that case you should regularly visit this page to become aware of modifications.

By continuing to use Placevox after the changes, you agree to and accept the modifications made.
